Job description
Carden Park is looking for an exceptional individual to help deliver the impeccable services maintained within the spa area. This role involes assisting all departments across the spa and engaging in improving the spa's profile on a national scale.
Your day at Carden Park:
- To take responsibility for the day to day running of the spa including, recruiting, training and maintaining standards of all staff including managing their rotas.
- Develop an interesting and successful promotional activity programme ensuring that the reception team and therapy team drive revenue.
- The role also involves responsibility of health and safety, to ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation throughout the spa.
- To support the Spa Director in all other aspects of the Spa business and be fully conversant with all aspects of operation and financial management.
- Managing operational KPI’s like wage % and COS % as well as budgeted retail % whilst ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Assisting the department heads in supporting their teams through mentorship and creating a positive working atmosphere that aligns with the HR directive.
- Taking responsibility of stock control and developing brands throughout the spa areas, including within treatments for retail opportunities.
The ideal candidate for this role can demonstrate management of teams and can evidence how they have improved and increased revenue throughout their career as part of the role is motivating teams to upsell and maintain KPI's. Additionally, they must also have a good understanding of the spa industry and be familiar with the treatments and brands that the Spa at Carden offer.

Salary of £30,000 - £33,000 plus service charge and extensive benefits.
