Healthcare Assistant:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivatedHealthcare Assistants (Day & Nights shifts)to care for a client with complex care needs in their supported environment

You will be required to work on your own times and will be expected to ensure the house is kept clean and support our client with medical appointments, personal care with all health and safety checks. You get plenty of training along the way with having right values and a positive attitude.

We are looking for a team of Healthcare Assistants who are looking to work with complex care clients in the comfort of their own home.

12 hour shifts days & nights from 8am to 8pm/8pm to 8am are available

MA’s clinical needs include:

  • Medication Administration
  • Tracheostomy care - Adult
  • Ventilation

Whilst delivering exceptional quality one to one care as agreed in a personalised care plan, you will also be doing something truly life changing for our client and his family, supporting our client at home and in his social environment.

What we are looking for:

  • We are looking for people who are willing to commit long term to provide continuity of care to our clients.
  • Full time hours are preferred
  • Experience in healthcare is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and listening.
  • Caring, compassionate and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to commit to regular shifts.
