This is an exciting opportunity to join our South East Suffolk reserves team and manage some of our spectacular nature reserves and help us deliver our vision for a wilder Suffolk.
The South-East Suffolk reserves cover a wide variety of nationally and internationally-important habitats and are mainly located in the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
They include dynamic wetland habitats at Trimley, Snape and Stanny Marshes, excellent lowland heathland at Blaxhall Common and the Sandlings Forests, species-rich hay meadows and ancient wood pasture at Captains Wood.
The role is based at Foxburrow Farm near Melton, a short distance from the Trust’s newest reserve at Martlesham Wilds.
We are looking for a committed team player with a passion for nature to help us manage these reserves and the immediate landscape as a connected network for wildlife.
This role will be to take the South East Suffolk reserves further on their journey to deliver consistently for wildlife, exploring avenues for connecting nature and habitats.
