In short
Our Tech and Digital Talent Acquisition team is looking for a freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to guide and support our growth journey. With a state-of-the-art recruiting tech stack (consisting of Greenhouse, Metaview, Gem, HireEZ and more) you will utilize data, reports, and dashboards to illustrate the recruiting pipeline, analyze results and course correct where necessary. We are looking for someone that leads and guides with data-driven insights, has a deep business understanding and strong stakeholder partnering skills.
Your Mission
- Advise, coach and partner strategically with hiring managers to set expectations, build and execute holistic TA campaigns and develop interview processes that lead to exceptional hires
- Shape the future of On by partnering with Talent Business Partners and advising leaders on their org structures, D&I goals and growth plans
- Deliver a WOW candidate experience delivering end-to-end recruiting; from market research and sourcing, to candidate assessment and management, offer negotiations and acceptance
- Improve upon our existing programs and processes seeking to raise the bar with every hire
- With future opportunities in mind, manage your candidate pipeline across live roles, future-oriented talent pools and succession planning

- Strong direct search approach via various platforms and drive to build new creative sourcing channels
- History of partnering successfully with functional leaders and internal Talent teams
- Ability to utilize data to influence, story tell and backup recruiting goals and projections to your stakeholders
- With an adaptive communication style, you are able to advise, convince and empathize with candidates, hiring teams and your fellow team members
- Previous experience with Greenhouse, Gem and/or HireEZ tools is a plus, in addition to an inquisitiveness to work smart through automation and tool adoption
