About The Role

This role is a multi-functional role. As part of the South Central regional team, you will lead on the delivery of integrated, safe, high quality and effective pharmacy services across the region. You will also provide aspirational professional leadership to pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy assistants and provide expert advice and guidance, promoting best practice in medication use across sites.
You'll be responsible for the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service. Working closely with the Head of Healthcare and the multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure that the provision of service meets the contractual obligations. The role involves providing daily expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring that a safe but modern medicines management service is provided to prisoners.

About You

You will be a qualified Registered Pharmacist- BSc or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. You will have a real passion for developing your Pharmaceutical skills and those of your team. You’ll have a flexible approach to working within a team that encourages new ideas.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £60,000 per annum (pro rata) - dependent on experience, plus £4k car allowance.
