We've been looking for a Sous Chef just like you!
As a Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is run in accordance with company and legal guidelines, and that we deliver the perfect plate every time in a clean and safe environment.
You will be someone who consistently delivers and enjoys additional responsibilities including managing and developing the kitchen team and deputising in the absence of the Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will have experience of a fresh food kitchen and large scale catering.
You must be able to lead the team in absence of the head chef whilst covering holidays and sickness. This is a very hands on role and responsibilities include staff training, ordering, stock control, stock rotation and health and safety.

Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
