We are looking for a Sous Chef to join us at The Lost Boy in Farnham.

About The Lost Boy:
The Lost Boy was renamed after local author J M Barrie’s most famous characters. A short walk from Farnham station, the site has a beautiful large garden, a bar, a restaurant with a theatre-style kitchen containing a Josper Grill and a wood-fire pizza oven, a conservatory, and a function room.

About You:
- You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef previously and be ready for your next challenge!
- You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit
- You are ready to support the Head Chef with the running of the Kitchen
- You are ready to assist the Head Chef with leading and developing the team
- You are ready to assist the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the creation of the specials menu

- All salaries and hourly rates are in line with National Minimum Wage;
16- 20 year olds - £7.50+, 21-22 year olds - £9.18+, 23+ year olds - £9.50+, also dependent on experience.
