The Dodford Inn is a beautifully unique countryside wedding and events venue with a bar and restaurant operating alongside. Opening hours of the bar and restaurant as follows: Fridays & Saturdays 5:00pm-11pm and Sundays: 12:30pm-7pm.
We are looking for experienced Sous Chef with the potential for promotion.
Pay rates dependent on experience and ability.

Candidate requirements:
- Ability to lead the kitchen team
- Experience working/running busy fresh food kitchens
- Banquet service experience
- Keen eye for detail
- Extremely high standards
- Punctual and reliable
- Work well within a team and individually
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate and Innovative
- Up to date Food hygiene and Health and safety
- Instruct and lead other members of the kitchen team
- Sense of humour!

Successful applicants will receive a wage based on experience plus 100% of gratuities shared between staff.
