Responsibilities:- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations of the restaurant- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and develop new menu items- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment- Adhere to all health and safety regulationsExperience:- Previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious dishesNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
