Job Description
Responsibilities
The objective of the role is to support the GE HealthCare Business Sourcing team in consolidating and managing the overall HealthCare spend across Europe, Middle East & Africa. This is a Sourcing Support role which requires the ability to project manage and multi-task, supporting multiple business stakeholders as well as Regional & Global Sourcing Leaders. The intern will work closely with the Business Sourcing Leaders to support major initiatives across the region, including:
Support implementing Business Sourcing Initiative projects
SSP / Coupa (GEHC’s Purchase Order portal) vendor clean-up/rationalization program
SSP / Coupa & ERP interface alignment
CLM (Contract LifeCycle Management) support
Communicate to business stakeholders
Provide administrative support to Business Sourcing team
Lead data gathering and analysis process(es)
Lead spend analysis for GE HealthCare
Manage contract archiving and tracking
Manage saving reporting and tracking
Manage regular reporting towards business
Support preparation and update financial data of project for project reviews
Support supplier negotiation, e-auctions and communication
Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes
Create & Distribute Performance Dashboards
Qualifications/Requirements
Excellent communication and networking skills
Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus
Graduate or placement student of Bachelors degree (Business or relevant)
Understanding of key business processes and organizational dynamics
Strong analytical skills
Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
Project management and change management experience
