We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic HR team and spearhead the initial phase of our recruitment process. As a Talent Sourcer, you will employ diverse channels to actively seek potential candidates, engage with passive candidates, and cultivate talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. If you possess strong networking abilities, a knack for sourcing on social media platforms, and a passion for exploring various roles, we would love to connect with you. Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in identifying our hiring needs and ensuring our vacancies are filled with exceptional candidates who align with our organization’s vision and goals. This position can be located in our corporate office in Westmont, IL (Tue/Wed/Th) or US remote.

Responsibilities

  • Use practical and creative ways to find the best talent quickly
  • Develop strong outreach communications to attract candidates to Crash Champions careers site
  • Consistently bring curiosity, self-motivation, and resourcefulness to our team
  • Build relationships with schools, attend job fairs, professional networks, state workfoce agencies and unemployment offices
  • Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed and various job boards to identify talent and employer brand awareness
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews based on our opportunities that align with their interests
  • Partner with hiring manager to ensure we have a quality candidate experience
  • Maintain consistent communication with recruiters, hiring managers and HR on key sourcing metrics

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years candidate sourcing experience
  • Experience hiring different skill types and high-volume levels
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferably iCIMS
  • Experience sourcing candidates using various methodologies (Boolean searches, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
