Role
Sound Engineers are key members of the team on event days, to provide seamless and exceptional client services and be a central link between our venue and our visiting productions. You will contribute to the effective running of our shows, be passionate about the entertainment industry and provide running services across a wide variety of live events.

About You
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
· Experienced sound engineer used to multi band live music events
· Experience with modern digital desks such as Avid PROFILE and SC48
· Experience with touring bands
· Creative problem solving abilities
· Excellent time management and comfortable working to tight deadlines
· Proven track record
· Good communication and diplomacy skills

· Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/public holidays)
· Willingness to build positive working relationships
· A proactive organiser with clear attention to detail
· Commitment to learning new technology
What You’ll Be Doing
· Working with visiting productions to produce their show
· Ensure correct operation of in house and touring equipment
· Fault finding and resolution
· Work with artists to achieve and effective soundcheck.
· Provide a live sound mix for the show (FOH or monitors)
· Assist visiting production with changeover and pack down
· Repair and maintenance of in house equipment
· Maintain first-rate relationships with clients
· Work collaboratively with the venue team
· Publicly represent the venue and Company in a professional manner

Salary: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
