The Role:
· You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen.
· Enjoy leading the kitchen to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and
served.
· Manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored
correctly. You will support the Head Chef with creating and testing menus, and with
achieving departmental targets.
The successful applicant:
· Are you an experienced Chef, with great leadership skills, passionate about food and eager to be part of a stellar kitchen brigade.
