Sortation Operative - DST1 Stoke

Role & Shifts
Current shifts available
Night Shift | 23:45 - 10:15 - (10.5 hour shift including 2 x 30 minute break)
Mid Shift | 15:00 - 19:00 (4 Hour Shifts)

Night Shift | 23:00- 07:30 - (Working at HST1, in the same building. AMXL)

Standard Shifts
Mid-Shift | 1330pm - 1900pm - (6.5 hour shift including 1 x 30 minute break)
AM Shift | 06:00am - 12:30pm - (6.5 hour shift including 1 x 30 minute break)
Night Shift | 23:45pm - 10:15am - (10.5 hour shift including 2 x 30 minute break)

All the applicants who are successful in the selection process will be employed by Quest to carry out a temporary work assignment to Amazon.
Quest offers temporary contracts.

Pay
£11.30 per hour for day time shifts.
£13.01 (£1.71 Night Shift Allowance) per hour for night time shifts.
£16.95 Overtime (40-50 hours)
£22.60 Overtime (50-60 hours)

Experience
You don't need previous experience, you’ll get on the job training.

✅ What you will be doing with your team:

• Unload, lift and relocate products
• Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products.

After training, you may also:

• Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets.
• Work indoors or outdoors in the yard ensuring safe operations for the team and our delivery partners.

Skills you need to bring:

• Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards.
• You may stand and walk for a long time, this could be more than 8 hours per shift.
• You may need to lift and move products that weigh up to 23kg.
• You may need to be able to lift, bend, twist, kneel and crouch.
• You may need to be able to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol and meat products.
