***Starting salary £21,000 to £23,000 per annum (DOE) PLUS uncapped commission. Following a successful probation and period of benchmarks being met, a promotion to Business Development Executive and a pay rise to £26,000.00 will be awarded***
We have a 12 month development programme that aims to promote employee's to Business Development Manager with a basic salary of £30,000.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is positive, resilient, motivated and hard-working. The right candidate for us will be inquisitive to find the right leads, have a strong desire to succeed and have fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written.
This role would suit an entry-level candidate, who has some experience in B2B Phone-based sales and would like to develop into a well established Business Development Executive. We provide an In-depth induction programme, aswell as ongoing personal & professional development in a supportive environment.
We want a strong salesperson, with solid computer skills and an eye for detail. With a background in sales/telesales, the right candidate will understand the importance of picking up the phone, generating interest and closing the interaction; and will be able to replicate this consistently throughout the day.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, making calls and booking meetings on behalf of our clients. There will also at times be a need to send initial/follow up emails, but the core focus of the role is telephone based. There is a full onboarding and induction process with all training provided. The role is targeted on a monthly basis, with regular support meetings and reviews. There is a probationary period of 6 months.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales/Telesales Experience –Essential (4 months minimum)
- Market Research Experience – Preferred, not essential

Many of our clients are based globally. Flexible hours or set evening hours to suit our client base and their working hours would be open for negotiation.
