What you'll be doing:
To work with project managers, business customers and within the Retail Delivery team to lead in the delivery of highly complex and bespoke enterprise cloud solutions within the Retail sector. As a technical leader within the team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of both online, integration, and hardware solutions, with significant focus given to high capacity, high availability, and secure design patterns using modern digital architecture. You will work both within your team and alongside the wider Oxfam Design, Infrastructure, and Retail teams to balance functional and non-functional deliveries alongside wider enterprise architecture and strategic aims.
Please note: total package in excess of £60k for a candidate with outstanding knowledge and experience.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements and processes into modern functional designs
- Experience of being a senior part of a team supporting enterprise systems, clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Experience developing within an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of design patterns and their practical relevance.
- Excellent demand management, planning and prioritisation skills, maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables whatever the circumstances.
- Experience working in/promoting an Agile
- Experience creating and updating technical documentation.
- Experience in resource capacity planning; people and technology.
