Job description
A very exciting opportunity to be part of Birmingham's best Thai street food company at our newly opened Soi 1268 in Stirchley.
We are looking for hard working, friendly food lovers to be a permanent part of our team. This role is for someone who would like to grow and learn with us.
The roles available are front of house and kitchen. We require a dynamic and enthusiastic person who enjoys a varied working day.
The candidate must be well presented, out-going, have excellent communication skills and highly motivated, with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a small team. We work in a fast paced environment.
Must be available Wednesday- Sunday and Bank Holidays
WHAT'S THE JOB??
-KITCHEN
- Food prep, cooking and serving
- Helping with the set-up, building and setting down at an event
- Commercial Clean down and pot wash
- Working with an awesome team in a fast paced, collaborative environment - we work long hours, and the work is physical but super fun
- FRONT OF HOUSE
- Greeting customers
- Using Lightspeed till system
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Cleaning and maintenance of restaurant floor and toilets
- Running meals to tables
