From being on the bar and moving into the design team or starting in the our kitchens and moving into membership, the opportunities to progress and develop your careers with Soho House are endless.
Soho House is a global business with locations across Europe, North America and Asia. If living and working abroad is something that excites you, then we will support your future self to do this.
Our internal learning and development opportunities will give you all of the skills to excel with everything you do.
Do I need any previous experience in hospitality in order to be considered?
No, this programme is designed specifically for those with minimal to no prior experience.
What locations will the scheme be based in?
The apprentices will be based across various venues across London. This includes West, Central, East and South London.
Will I be able to select which course to be enrolled in?
We have two types of courses; Commis (working in our kitchens) and Front of House (which includes waiter/waitress, bartender, reception and reservations). After going through the interview process with us, we'll assign you to where we feel you are best placed.
What will be the next steps after I apply?
After you have applied, if you have met the criteria we are looking for, we will send you a link to complete a video interview. This will be a selection of pre-recorded video questions asked by some of our team, you will then record your responses. You can do this on your laptop or on your smart phone. If you are successful following the video interview, you will be invited to attend an Open Day at one of our houses - throughout the day we will be assessing you with some group and individual exercises, you will also find out more about the course, meet the team and ask any questions you might have.
