Main Responsibilities

Our Software Engineering Team Leads are passionate about developing people and nurturing them as engineers to build great things. You will lead a team of engineers working on building the platforms and systems that power compelling products for our audience. You will be responsible for ensuring your team are engaged and performing as effectively as possible.

These roles enable you to sharpen your technical acumen and improve leadership skills and industry knowledge that are highly valued in engineering management roles – quite possibly at a pace that will surprise you.

We'll support you in using your engineering expertise to lead a multi skilled engineering team, enabling the delivery of solutions to create value, drive efficiency and increase performance for our organisation. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of products across the entire stack.

We'll show you how drive technical excellence, ownership and self-organisation at team, divisional and group level, as well as act as coach and mentor to your team, helping them learn and become better in their craft.
