The FXO technology team are looking to hire a developer into their tightly knit team of technology/domain experts.
Broadly FXO technology covers:
- Analysis, development and support of application and reports used by the FXO Trading desk.
- Analysis, development and support of FX Option e-trading applications.
Typical responsibilities across the FXO team are:
- Deal management, life cycle and P&L processes,
- UI tools for front office and middle office,
- Market data management,
- E-trading activities - connectivity, pricing, trading, (auto-)hedging, booking, tooling.
- Business controls and regulatory reporting.
The developer would be hired into the wider team and would have responsibilities across areas above, however with a strong emphasis on the e-trading side. The e-trading technology team are responsible for development of pricing, trading and hedging systems and growing the banks e-Trading revenue.
The eFX Options team are a leading team in their field and responsible for development and maintenance eFX Option trading platform supporting one of the highest volumes of trades/flow in the industry.
As part of your day to day role, you would:
- Liaise with traders/product management/sales/quantitate research to gather requirements and elucidate feedback.
- Analyze requirements, develop and test new applications and features - end to end ownership.
- Monitor/Maintain/Support existing applications
