As a Software Process Lead Engineer, you’ll lead the continuous evaluation and enhancement of their software development and delivery processes, ensuring cutting-edge technology reaches its full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include driving adherence to best practices and guidelines for in-house and supplier software development, tailoring software processes to meet their development needs and industry standards, such as A-SPICE, ISO 26262, UNECE R156, and R155. With a proactive approach, you’ll plan and conduct regular reviews and assessments of processes, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
