You see state of the art practices as just where we begin – including working with the customer, working in small batches, pair/ensemble programming, BDD/TDD, easy to change emergent architectures, clean code, trunk-based development, and continuous deployment.
You love to learn as much as you love to share what you know with team-mates. Coaching and mentoring team-mates is a natural instinct in pair/ensemble programming sessions. You’re all about getting things done and doing them well, as a team.

The practical stuff
- We are based in Here East, Stratford, London, (former site of the Press office for the Olympics).
- Our people work remotely, or in the office, or a mix of both. Many choose to be in the office approximately once per week.
