What we need:

As an award winning GOVCON contractor, DTC Global Services is continuously looking to growth. This growth has brought a need for an ambitious Oracle Fusion Financial Junior Developer! The Junior Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions using the Oracle Fusion Financial platform. The developer will work closely with technical teams, including senior developers, business analysts, and systems engineers, to ensure that the solutions meet business needs and are aligned with best practices.

Location:

Job Summary- The Oracle Fusion Financial Junior Developer will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining custom solutions on the Oracle Fusion Financial platform, using a variety of programming languages and tools.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that custom solutions are aligned with best practices and meet business needs.
• Conducting system testing and coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure that custom solutions meet business needs.
• Participating in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure that code is of high quality and meets coding standards.
• Documenting technical specifications and code in accordance with best practices.
• Keeping up to date with new features and functionality in the Oracle Fusion Financial platform and other related technologies.
• Providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements based on business requirements.
• Providing support to end-users and technical teams to resolve issues related to custom solutions.
• Participating in knowledge transfer sessions and providing guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team.
• Other duties as assigned by the contract.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial module including ERP, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL
• experience with software development methodologies and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency developing and maintaining shell scripts programming in PL/SQL
• Strong Database experience working on understanding cost of queries/optimization of queries/creating database partitions/clustering
• Strong skills with Oracle IAM Security products (OIM, OVD, OAAM)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 2 years of experience preferred or;
• Master’s degree in computer science

• Ability to obtain a public trust.
