Apple Print & Creative is a fun and creative full-service marketing agency with over 34 years of experience.
From our humble office in Newbury, we boast nearly 40 members in our wonderful team of professionals covering Account Management, Project Management, Events, Telemarketing, Graphic Design, Planning and Strategy, Development and Technical Build along with a fully staffed Print and Production department.
About you
You will be responsible for the successful running of the logistics department, planning and arranging all deliveries in the UK and Worldwide and also looking into the details required by customs and couriers alike. Exploring new ways of facilitating timely deliveries for all our clients’ requests. You will be required to prepare documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures. Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
Responsibilities
· Foresee the movement of goods between UK & International shipments
· Liaise with the relevant courier companies
· Form strong relationships with a network of Partners in Logistics
· Report on success rate of the different companies.
· Finding processes to make the international deliveries more succesful
· Share success and ideas with other departments
. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations
· Report weekly to the leadership team on successful/failed deliveires
