Receiving continuous training and professional mentoring from senior software engineers, and enjoy wider personal development opportunities and exposure to all aspects of a thriving scale up business. Responsibilities
- Work within one of our many agile development teams, participating in all agile ceremonies.
- Work with product owners to understand business requirement.
- Work with senior software engineers to plan technical approaches to solution delivery.
- Estimate timescales, progress and testability of features.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our product software with input and coaching from senior team members.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Work on technical integration projects with large financial organisations.
- Pro-actively identify areas for continuous improvement
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Skills
- A solid background in C# .NET
- Experience developing and maintaining Web based APIs
- Experience of unit testing frameworks
- Working as part of a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated and able to work within a dynamic environment
- A self-starter, looking for challenging and rewarding projects
- A great communicator
- Inquisitive and curious about new technologies and ways of working
- Enthusiasm and a drive to succeed
