An exciting opportunity has opened for a bright and motivated Assistant to Group CFO & Regional Director Italy to join our Finance Team at McArthurGlen.
You will be responsible in providing a proactive, comprehensive administrative support to the Group Chief Financial Officer and Regional Director (Italy) to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of their role and teams.
- Extensive diary management working across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts with both internal and external contacts
- Coordinating complex travel including meeting schedules and detailed itineraries
- Ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively, and taking the initiative to identify and handle issues that arise on behalf of the Group Chief Financial Officer and wider team
- Preparation and dissemination of regional meeting agendas and associated papers
- Act as a first point of contact and gatekeeper for both internal and external individuals wishing to contact the Group Chief Financial Officer’s department

To be successful you’ll bring...
Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting at C-suite level- Experience in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Able to proactively manage diaries and emails, prioritising and reprioritising as needed
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- IT skills: Advanced level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
