What we’re looking for

Are you currently working towards a degree in Computer Science or similar? Do you have a desire to design and write new and interesting code whilst working on some fantastic software projects? We are a team of creative problem solvers, strong in maths and visual thinking. Our goal is to make Computer Aided Design easy and enjoyable, through our development of Siemens’ Synchronous Technology. We enjoy our work because of the substantial technical and creative challenges and because of its visual and spatial nature.

We are tasked with developing new solutions and given the time to innovate. We believe that innovation is incremental, experimental and team based. We take time to protect our intellectual property with around 35 patents filed.

What you’ll be doing

This is a software development role focusing on the design, implementation and testing of code in a variety of languages (C++, C#, Java, JavaScript) within a modern Agile environment. There will be opportunity to learn and contribute in a variety of areas of the software development process, with emphasis on a number of achievable projects to both encourage your development and deliver something useful.

What you’ll bring

  • Currently working towards a degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Enjoy creative problem solving and writing code
  • A clear visual thinker with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn independently and from those around you
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, and on your own
