We are currently working with a multi-billion £ organisation who have a very consultative approach to providing software to their clients. Innovation is the foundation of their business which is why they are the trusted leading provider of Professional Services Solutions for over 20 years to over 2,500 firms in the UK. This company is part of a global software information and technology firm. This company would be a fantastic name to have your CV and have been recognised as a global market leader.
You will be responsible for generating new business through strategic research, prospecting clients, and proactive new business acquisition. You will be responsible for also the retention of active spending clients, which will carry a retention target of 80%+. You will be working towards making 2 demos per week, from either a new business prospect or an existing client.

Responsibilities: Business Development Executive-
- Building and retaining your own client base, upselling and cross selling different products
- Maintaining relationships over a period ensuring their needs are met to an outstanding standard of both service and experience
- Strong negotiations with c-level decision makers
- Having clear market knowledge to identify and qualify prospect opportunities
- Providing demonstrations on companies’ products
- Working closely with senior management and other members of the team, towards pipeline generated
Competencies: Business Development Executive-
- Previous experience within a B2B new business role, client facing
- Outstanding listening and communication skills
- Ability to use innovative ideas to develop own network internally and externally
- Take lead in client facing opportunities, fulfilling client’s expectations
- Proven track record for sourcing and presenting demonstrations
- Provide consistent pipeline opportunities, managing account decision making process to ensure revenue is achieved
- Provide accurate and timely account pipeline reports, account plan updates and sales forecasts
