Software Development Engineer in Test – C#.NET - £50k – Liverpool/Hybrid

We’ve partnered exclusively with one of the most renowned software engineering teams in Liverpool. This business has invested heavily in tech over the last few years, they’ve completely rewritten old systems and everything going forward is greenfield.

They are now looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to come in and drive forward their automation testing function. It’s an environment that is open to ideas and you will be able to make your mark on this new team.

What you’ll be doing?

• You’ll be working closely with their Lead QA and be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using .NET, Specflow, Selenium, Cypress, and frontend automation tools for APIs, React web and React Native mobile applications.
• Drive forward automation testing stack and best practices.
• Collaborate and work with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks.
• Mentoring and coaching junior QAs on testing practices and tools
• Collaboration and communication are key for this!
• Experience with Agile teams and tech-first companies is a big bonus.
