Performance Software (a U. S. company) and Auvation (a UK company) have merged to create midsize companies with a great work-life balance, providing innovative software and hardware to our client companies. We are looking for passionate Software Engineers to design and develop software solutions for state-of-the-art safety-critical systems in the areas of Avionics and Submarines to join our team. Positions are either full-time or hourly.

• Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience
• Software development experience involving any of the following: VXWorks, Ada, DO-178, RTOS, Device Drivers or avionics displays
• Proficiency in at least one language such as C, C++
• Embedded software experience is desired but not required
• Highly motivated with a self-starting attitude

This includes Avionics and Space Exploration applications such as Synthetic Vision Cockpit Displays, Flight Management System Guidance and Navigation, Platforms, Submarine Control Panels and Datalink Applications.
