Our Team

To maintain our rapid growth, we need more amazing Software Developers to join our development team. Our product exists to measure the potential and suitability of candidates for particular roles. It is web based with a front-end written in JS/jQuery/Vue and a PHP backend working with a MySQL database. We have brought in software for graphical analysis and presentation, and we have used tools from other vendors for speech and video personality analysis. There is a technical backbone to the company, and we permanently have an eye on the future; we want your ideas and your imagination as well as your highly competent coding skills.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Working with our product owner and customers to develop complex software solutions to a high standard
  • Involvement in the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and software design to release, end-to-end testing and system support
