The Role

Talbots Law are looking for experienced IT professionals for a brand-new position supporting the wider department. The purpose of the role is to assist with the maintenance and development of the Case Management system (SOS) and to provide support and assistance to end-users.

Key responsibilities include:

· Maintain and improve existing scripts and functionality

· Design and specify solutions in response to system enhancements requested within the business

· Develop solutions using SOS Legal bespoke integrated development environment

· Undertake general case management admin, including setting-up new users and changing permissions

· Assist end-users with any questions or issues

· Ensure compliance with the SRA and further regulatory bodies

The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience from a Software Developer role and sound knowledge of case management software. The ideal candidate will have a good level of gravitas and be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels across the firm, have high levels of accuracy and excellent IT skills.
