Job description

S Knights Recruitment are excited to be working with a forward thinking, multi million pound education provider that is developing its own eLearning product suite and looking for an eLearning Software Deeveloper to lead on the project - a real oppurtunity to put your own stamp on something.

You will be leading the eLearning and Development function as a Elearning Software Developer and embark on an exciting journey of creating and building an innovative elearning platform for our esteemed clients.

As the mastermind behind the elearning content, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering world class training materials focused on their delivery startegy. Your creative expertise will also be instrumental in designing and developing the Learning Management System (LMS).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand the needs of our target audiences.

  • Research, write, and craft engaging training content, with a primary focus on elearning courses.

  • Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create interactive and effective courses.

  • Ensure accuracy and clarity by meticulously reviewing and editing content.

  • Periodically conduct content audits, keeping materials relevant and up-to-date.

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, proactively suggesting new learning materials.

  • Work in close collaboration with team members and stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Create captivating infographics and videos when needed.

  • Transform complex concepts into digestible information, complemented by supporting visuals.

  • Provide troubleshooting support via our team email account and IT ticket system.

  • Daily maintenance of the LMS, including certification, exemptions, user accounts, and courses.

  • Prepare training compliance reports for key stakeholders.

  • Tailor course creation on the LMS to cater to specific company requirements.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in a range of softwares and tools

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.

  • Familiarity with content management systems, elearning platforms, and authoring tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear and concise content.

  • Meticulous attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality content within given deadlines.
