So how does it work?
- Apply: apply to join our talent network, you have to answer a couple of short questions and if you're successful you will be sent login details to access the platform.
- Pitch: record a short video pitch and tell your story. Don't worry we provide you with lots of help and support.
- Get Referred: employees at top tech companies will view your pitch on the Referly platform. They can then contact you and arrange a call to coach and refer you into their company. No more endlessly applying for jobs!
Requirements
- Joining the talent network for current and future job opportunities is completely optional.
- The talent network isn’t associated with the application process.
- The talent network is not part of a larger shared talent pool.
- Jobseekers won’t receive communication from any third parties.
- Communication from talent networks will be limited to updates on new, specific vacancies.
