I have partnered with a client that’s looking for a .NET Developer to join their IT team of 10, supporting them with a digital transformation and rebuild of their systems, they are aiming for all of their systems to run with .NET and Azure, modernising their tech stack.
With two Royal Warrants and well over 300 years of history – They are still family run, using technology, data, and insights to define the industry and provide the best level of service. They aim to provide across digital and offline channels. Having the old systems in place, as a business they are looking to modernise their tech stack keeping it up to date and introducing new technologies.
They’re looking for someone to support with the implementation and maintaining Microsoft toolset solutions on the Azure platform. You’ll need to stay up to date with the latest developments in tech and understand how to translate them to solve business problems.
You’ll be left to get on with your work and given the tools to make you most effective, working in a small team of in-house developers to deliver solutions to help develop the company’s core applications and products, work with Azure PaaS and develop software for Azure cloud platform using C#, Azure apps and API management.
You will work collaboratively across the team of BA’s, BI Developers, testers, and products owners all with the overall goal throughout the migration. You’ll be given full autonomy, with working remotely though this project there are other developers around Europe so would be no requirement to come into the office. Apart from the first week they’d love to get you in, meet the team, put faces to names.
Experience with .NET Core, C#, Azure, SQL, DevOps, CI/CD, REST API, JavaScript would be great.
