Software Developer PHP

Senior PHP developer required to join a talented global agile development team! You will work collaboratively alongside other team members and with the Product Owners, & Scrum Masters helping to support and develop new and existing products.

Working within dedicated domains, the Software Developer is responsible for supporting & developing new and existing products.

Job Responsibilities

• Approach work from an Agile mindset applying practices and principles wherever possible

• Work with the Scrum Master in coaching and mentoring other team members to help them embrace the Agile mindset

• Helping junior developers in day-to-day work and overcoming Issues.

• Contributing to companywide meetings.

• Managing client expectations and responding to requests.

• Development tests.

• Debugging code.

• Responding to requests from the team.

Skills: To be successful in this role you will have most of the below:

• 3 years of commercial experience

• HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript

• PHP

• SQL/ MySQL

• Git

E – Strong hands on technical skills in modern PHP and other key technologies:

• PHP v7/8

• Symfony Framework 2 or higher

• MySQL or MariaDB

• Elastic Search

• Redis

• MongoDB, JavaScript / Typescript useful

• Unit Testing

• GIT

• XML, JSON

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
