Job Description
As Soft Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of the soft services team to deliver the operational requirements of the contract across four world leading Private Schools.
You will be delivering a top class, compliant service to the Client and ensuring PPM’s and reactive tasks are delivered to the contract SLA’s.
You will deploy world leading ways of working, utilising the latest techniques and technology to ensure a fit for purpose service on an output spec contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all company & site-specific policies, procedures & processes including P&C, H&S & operational
- Lead and motivate a large Team of Placemakers by focusing on pathway development and leading by example
- Being the point of primary contact for all matters relating to the operational service
- Plan monitor and control budgets to achieve planned business performance
- To identify and initiate improvements to service, quality and operational efficiency. To provide guidance, advice and direction to resolve major issue and satisfy customer requirements
- To promote ISS Facility Services, develop services and pursue opportunities to grow the business
- Advise management of all changes within the contract affecting the scope of services
- Ensure that standards are consistently achieved, maintained and reported through regular audit and KPI performance
- Aspire towards a lighthouse status for the account in accordance to the lighthouse strategy
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years delivering contracts of the size and nature of that required by the contract from a soft services bias
- Previous experience managing multi-sites and large operations within an FM environment
- Experience of working to strict KPIs and SLAs
- The ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
- IOSH & COSH qualifications
- A high level of focus on the achievement of targeted results and service delivery standards
- Experience of working within an IFM environment and part of a wider Management Team
- A drive to succeed and continually develop as a Leader
