Location: Hinchingbrooke Treatment Centre, Huntingdon – site based
Contract: Permanent, full time
Responsibilities
As a Soft Services Manager you’ll be directly responsible for the management of services and processes of all soft services including portering, domestic cleaning, pest control and the helpdesk, ensuring all are compliant and suitable for patient care.
Your day to day will include:
Planning and prioritise both strategic and day to day operational workloads to achieve objectives
Ensure that soft services staff are managed, and all services provided in accordance with contract specification
Coordinating training for all those within the team to ensure they can undertake their role effectively and efficiently
Providing accurate and transparent information to the helpdesk operator and ensuring the day to day running of the helpdesk is seamless and meets all contractual requirements

You have previous experience working within Soft Services
You have a good understanding of workplace Health and Safety legislation
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint with good written and numerical skills
