GUK are looking for a soft services manager to join part of our portfolio for one of our shopping centres. This candidate will proactively oversee and manage the delivery of services to prescribed SLAs via monitoring and maintaining effective relationships with Centre Management, suppliers, and colleagues; ensuring co-ordinate delivery with other services across the support infrastructure; within Cleaning, Security, Car Parks, Customer Services and Administration.
