Northwood Consuma Tissue Limited are experts in innovative paper products and proud to be the preferred supplier to all major UK retailers. NCT have been operating since 1974 and are dedicated to providing superior paper products. You will find this role an interesting insight into the busy paper business world, working alongside friendly, motivated colleagues at our Grantham site. We design the concept through to the packaging for the major retail customers.
We require a Graphic Designer who can support the team with producing trends and ideas for packaging and film which we can share with customers. As the design expert, you will then support production with ensure the design comes to life.
Main Duties of the role:
- To be the first point of contact for briefs coming into the creative department from a variety of sources, from internal colleagues / departments to external customers / suppliers
- To be the key liaison with third party departments such as; marketing and print production suppliers
- To manage the process of all internal content creation from designing a limited-edition tissue box, to creating customer one off bespoke patterns.
- Client approvals of printer’s digital proofs with internal team members
- To manage all communication in relation to timelines and deliverables, ensuring no deadlines are missed and creative? is always executed to a high standard.
- Product photography using our on-site photographic studio.
- Internal brand design updates and development.
- To build trend forecasting presentations
- To keep updated in what’s happening in the design marketplace and environment, key trends which could be used for our own products or shared with customers
- Support Sales colleagues in customer meetings.
- Keep up with the fast pace of design changes and updates and learn as you go

Qualifications and Experience
- Creative studio experience and an understanding of print production / artwork creation.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
