Soft Services Manager – Crawley

Hours – Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends (2 days off in lieu)
We are looking for a Soft Services Manager to oversee the delivery of cleaning and security services within a large shopping centre in Crawley. As Soft Services Manager you will manage the strategic direction of the Security and Cleaning services, driving change and championing innovation, and developing the site.

As Soft Services Manager, you’ll be:
- Managing the strategic direction of service delivery, developing the relationship with the client, and presenting monthly KPI meetings
- Working closely with Centre Management to achieve shared goals.
- Monitoring financial performance and reporting on monthly statistics.
- Ensuring that the site is fully compliance with HSEQ objectives in line with polices.
- Reviewing the performance and development of the team
- Carrying out Monthly inspections with site management.
- Conducting contract reviews to cover contract performance, review objectives, company updates and Review SLA’s and specifications
- Driving change, focusing on people, sustainability and innovation.
- Carrying out appropriate HR procedures, as necessary.
- Undertaking weekend/weekday early & late shift duty management responsibilities on behalf of site management.
As Soft Service Manager, you’ll have:
- Experience in leading and motivating a diverse workforce.
- Ability to contribute to the strategic development of the contract and drive change.
- Strong client relations experience and able communicate with all stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Ability to identify problems and take appropriate action where necessary to resolve.
- Able to use own initiative, multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
- To work independently or as part of a team.
- To train and coach employees both formally and informally
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the security and cleaning industries.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Able and willing to work unsocial hours as necessary.
Desirable qualifications/experience:
- CCTV Licence
Essential qualifications/experience:
- Cleaning / Security management exp.
