What’s the Job:
40 hours per week
To manage the on site operational security services provided by us to our client in an efficient, well organised and innovative manner, whilst maintaining well organised, accurate and up to date records of business activity, ensuring tight financial controls and SLA’s are met. The job holder will be responsible for people management and the associated areas and will be the first point of contact with regard to all client queries.
The role will include:
- First point of contact for our client, working with them, our stakeholders and colleagues to build and continue excellent and valuable relationships ensuring the efficiency and consistent running of the operational services provided.
- First point of contact for our client ensuring site policies and procedures are adhered to and that software is maintained and updated.
- Responsible for the ongoing management and improvement of solo advance systems.
- Produce accurate records and data in relation to site specific information driven through KPI’s.
- Responsible for the management and control of site finance in relation to P&L and budgets.
- Complete finance administrative tasks such as PO and Invoices
- Complete administrative tasks such as AI’s, RA’s rotas, payroll, stock take and orders, to maintain maximum automate and efficiency to reduce outstanding monies.
- Produce accurate reports and data to present to client during client meetings
- Produce weekly reports and provide clear information upon regular request to the Operations Manager in relation to site specific information.
- Responsible for the management of ‘labour’ both practically and administratively.
- Direct line manager to on site employees, ensuring an accurate, effective and consistent approach to people management in areas such as sickness and attendance, recruitment, performance and conduct, ensuring company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to at all times.
- Implement and continuously conduct successful on site inductions and training ensuring associated training records are maintained, ensuring service levels and cleaning standards are met at all times.
- You will take an ‘everyone matters approach’ to Health and Safety one site, using your knowledge, skills and resources to ensure risks are controlled in compliance with company Health and Safety processes and procedures and best practices.
- You will take and ‘everyone matters’ approach to the companies accreditations including ISO 45001,14001,9001 and be aware of our requirements in accordance with these standards.
- First Aid (including defibrillator use)
- Microsoft and computer literate
Qualification and Experience req:
SIA front line SG/ DS Licence
SIA CCTV Licence
