We're seeking newly qualified and experienced Social Workers to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service. Salary scale will be based on experience, skill and qualification.
The Social Care and Support service encompasses a wide range of teams and employment opportunities:
- Social Work Teams - this includes Older People's Service, Learning Disability Team, Hospital Social Care Team, Transitions, Mental Health Team and the Physical Disability and Sensory Service - we work with older and younger adults who have care and support needs.
