There are 2 posts available: 1 x ASC, permanent - full time 37 hours a week and 1 x hospital team, this is fixed term for 18 months.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join the North Well-Being Team.
As a Social Worker on the team you will receive and manage incoming referrals, undertake a range of assessments and reviews, including safeguarding enquiries and court work, whilst ensuring a needs led approach, ensuring a focus on community assets in partnership with service users, carers and other professionals and where applicable arrange appropriate support packages that address the eligible social care needs identified.
You will need to hold a relevant Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England or in the process of registering.

This position is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the successful applicant will be subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
