An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Adult Social Care Service within Sefton Council. Sefton are looking for a Social Worker for the South Team.
As a qualified social worker, you will contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Adult Social Care service as part of a team responsible for promoting the welfare of and continuously improving outcomes for individuals.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality assessments and support plans that address the needs of vulnerable people through the commissioning of individual packages of care, whilst managing the reputation of the Council.

Due to the nature of work the above post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and / or relevant care / safeguarding legislation and will only be appointed if a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure is obtained from the Criminal Records Bureau.
