This includes a fundamental change in the way safeguarding contacts are dealt with at the point of referral, a threefold expansion of the MASH service and the ability for MASH to complete community facing work.

We are county wide and work with adults covering Older adults, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health. We receive all safeguarding referrals from across the county, and strive to promote our Care Act duties, particularly the importance of making safeguarding personal and ensuring access to advocacy services.

You’ll have excellent case management skills and risk management experience and be confident in working with complex safeguarding cases and supporting appropriate decision making.

You’ll use your organisational skills in a high demand environment to efficiently keep records of a high standard. Proactive, you’ll be keen to contribute to the continuous improvement of the service, supporting change and development to improve the quality and delivery of the service.

You’ll be required to work across Hampshire, working from our office base in Fareham and from home. IT equipment for home use will be provided.
