Behaviour Support Worker
We are a thriving Trust in South Leeds with 5 current schools, 3,193 children and 456 staff. We are preparing for further growth and are seeking an Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at this exciting time.
Required: September 2023
Pay scale and salary: C3 SCP 19 to 22 £27,852 - £29,439 (actual salary) TTO only + 5 days
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and inspirational Behaviour Support Worker, to join and contribute to the continued development of Cockburn Multi-academy Trust who:
- is excited by their role and by the prospect of working with young people, even those who are less well motivated
- loves the processes of learning and is keen to continually develop their own skills
- recognises that working in a school can be a demanding job but get on with it rather than complaining
- will subscribe to the ethos of the school and go the extra mile in terms of time and commitment to get the very best from their students

- is always prepared to go over and above what is expected
