Support Worker
35/38 hours
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 2pm-9pm
Wednesday Thursday 1.30pm-8.30pm
Every other Saturday 10am-1pm
The Grenfell Club for children, young people and adults is an organisation seeking to improve the lives of people with complex needs through leisure and social activities.
We are seeking a Support worker to coordinate activities and provide personal care to adults with complex needs .
To succeed in this role, applicants must have knowledge and experience of working in a health or social care setting in addition to knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults. Experience of working in a multi-agency setting, will be advantageous.
