Support Worker

£11.00 per hour
Part-time contract - Including 1 sleep in shift per week.
Full training provided - no previous experience needed!

Who will I be supporting?
- You will be supporting 3 gentlemen and 2 ladies with learning disabilities and autism to live independently.
- They love train watching, art, sensory activities (sand, slime), going to the cinema and the occasional swim.
What will I be doing?
- You will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
- You will also be supporting them with their food shopping, paying bills, and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- This role will also involve administering medication and providing full personal care.
What shifts are available?
- We currently we provide support through 24-hour shifts starting at 10am one day and finishing at 10am the following day with a sleepover included.
- There are also some day shifts from 7.30am-9.30pm
- Shorter shifts are also available so colleagues will need to be flexible and available for all shifts
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
