Job description
We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Yorkshire Supported Living.
*Please note that we are looking for individuals with a full clean driving license for this role*
We provide a supported living service in West Yorkshire at four different services in Huddersfield. The services provide specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation.
